Somewhere along the way, the painter of this freakshow convinced someone that this was a good idea. It's actually valuable . . . or at least the art dealer is trying to convince you it is . . .
No really, it is valuable!
I'm art damn it!
Uh-huh . . . I've had dreams like this after tequila and sushi . . .
It's the two in the lower right corner that give me the oogs.
Absolutely nothing irrational about a healthy fear of storm drains. We have one near our house that would easily house a dozen clowns. My dog always wants to explore it on walks. My response is a resounding, "NO, HELL NO!"
An almost daily delivery of creepy, bizarre, and otherwise unacceptable clown figures, art, dolls, and whatever else bothers me . . .
Coulrophobia is an irrational fear of clowns. However, I am not a sufferer, because there is nothing irrational about my fear of clowns. It is time to expose their evil and have a laugh or two at their expense.
Remember, we are laughing at them, not with them, or because of them. Be ever vigilant, clowns are sneaky.

Note: Photos come from my own collection, my own photography, and from surfing around the web. If you see a photo you believe is yours and are unhappy or offended, please contact me and I will remove it. Unless, of course, you are a clown. Then we have a problem . . .
I think I've seen that clown art before. Or something very similar. Stuff that nightmares are made of.
ReplyDeleteWhy do those clowns look so angry? Clowns can be a little freakish especially angry clowns.
ReplyDeleteAfter seeing the movie "IT" I wasn't afraid of clowns I was afraid of storm drains. People find that weird.
It's the two in the lower right corner that give me the oogs.
